Since 1991, Alan Friedman has visited 100’s of clients worldwide to help install and support vibration monitoring programs. He worked as a senior engineer for DLI Engineering (now AzimaDLI) for 15 years and in that time he gained deep insight into what is required to run a successful condition monitoring program.
While at DLI, Alan produced and taught Category I, II and III equivalent vibration analysis courses to hundreds of students worldwide (in English and Spanish) and he contributed in the development of DLI’s automated diagnostic system. Over the years, Alan has published a number of technical articles in a wide array of industry publications and has presented his papers at trade shows.
Since 2007 Alan has been working as a senior instructor for the Mobius Institute. He has trained well over 1,000 students at ISO 18436-2 Category 1, 2 and 3 in public and on-site courses conducted all over the world.
